EARTH ADVANTAGE
PLATINUM CERTIFICATION
Earth Advantage is a third-party certification program for new home construction. The comprehensive evaluation process addresses energy and resource efficiency, water use, land development and health. The highest EA rating is Platinum, followed by Gold, Silver, and Certified status. While green building is a direction many projects are taking, few initiatives are able to achieve Platinum certification.
